On This Day . . .

On March 14, 2018,  the Amsterdam docked in Singapore. Today we went to Chinatown, one of Singapore's ethnic districts. To get there we took a shuttle to the Millennia Mall to get to a close by MRT station. We then took the MRT to Chinatown. 

Chinatown was still decorated for Chinese New Year, the year of the dog. We wondered around looking at the various shops and hawkers stalls (food vendor). 

At night we had a beautiful view of the illuminated city skyline.
