On This Day . . .
On February 7, 2018, we sailed into Fiordland National Park. Fiordland National Park is in the southwest of New Zealand’s South Island. It’s known for the glacier-carved fiords of Doubtful and Milford sounds. Our full day route started in Dusky sound then went to Doubtful sound and ended in Milford sound with its magnificent waterfalls and snow caped mountains. It was a gorgeous day with plenty of sunshine not typical for this rain forest area.
