We arrived in Castries, St. Lucia on a Sunday and decided to take the Trolley Train around the town. This was a holiday, not only in the US, but also a remembrance day in St. Lucia. Our first stop was at the Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, where a Mass was in progress. The interior was ornately decorated by a local artist.

We then observed part of the temperance ceremony and parade hat followed. We then meandered through Castries and wound up at Vigie Beach before returning to the Port Seraphine Shopping area where the ship was moored.

After we left Castries we sailed passed the iconic Pitons of St. Lucia at Sunset.
