On This Day . . .
Our second day in Honolulu we took a tour, “The Natural Highlights of Oahu,” which encompassed some of the natural beauty that the island has to offer. Our first stop went into the crater at Diamond Head. From Diamond Head we went to Hanauma Bay, one of the world’s most scenic beaches and then along the East Shore to the Pali Lookout. We then headed inland to see an ancient war temple and then back to the ship for sail away at sunset overlooking Waikiki Beach.
