We docked in Monaco on April 17, 2016, a principality located on the French Rivera, noted for its’ Grand Casino. Since the Grand Pre was coming to Monaco, some of the streets were closed as bleacher and fence barrier construction was going on. We once again took a Hop on Hop off Bus to get around this small city state. Our first stop was on “The Rock” where the Palais Pricer or Prince’s Palace is located. Here is a great place to get a great view of Monaco and the Port of Monaco. We then went across the harbor to the Place du Casino, where the Cafe de Paris, the Hotel de Paris and the Grand Casino are located. Once back on the ship we could see the Grand Casino across the harbor as we left Monaco.
