We docked at the Adossat Pier, the cruise ship terminal, for our 2 days in Barcelona. From here we took the shuttle bus into the main part of the city by the Columbus Monument. The first day we strolled up the Rambles (main pedestrian street) taking in all the sights along the way. We then headed into the Barri Gotic region of the city passing the Cathedral on the way. The second day we used the metro to go to Gaudi’s Casa Mila. Here we toured the apartment and the unusual rooftop. From there we walked past the Block of Discord ( 3 unusually shaped buildings by 3 different architects). Later we returned to the Barri Gotic for lunch.
