We arrived in the port of Lisbon as the sun was rising. Our ship docked opposite the Cristo Rei (A statue similar to the one in Rio) and under the “April 25th Bridge”. Our tour today started with a short tour of Lisbon and along the river to the town of Cascais. From there we headed inland to Sintra. After lunch we went back to Belem on the outskirts of Lisbon to view Jeronimos Monastery and the Tower of Belem.
