Tendering into Puerto Montt, we took a trip to Puerto Varas (City of Roses) on Lake Llanquihue. Here we had views of the Osorno and Calbuco volcanos. We then proceeded to Frutillar a community that was settled by German immigrants. This region resembles the black forest region of Bavaria.
